Project Challenge:
This building is over 100’ tall. The Contractor, wisely, did not want to spend excessive amounts of time and labor to construct and hang a gravel chute. The Contractor was also questioning the safety aspects of throwing ballast down a 100’ chute.
RK Process:
With the assistance of a crane, RK Hydro-Vac, Inc. hung a pipeline and safely vacuumed all the ballast off of the single ply roof and into our fully contained vacuum unit.
End Result:
By utilizing RK’s services, the Contractor not only saved on labor costs, but also ensured a safe working environment.
